Our delivery period for any tangible items on all UK orders stands at 3-4 working days. International shipping for tangible items can vary between 7-14 working days. Delivery period excludes weekends and bank holidays.
Our services are diverse and are tailored to suit our clientele and the service they require. For example: Events and courses are delivered at fixed times throughout the year whilst graphic design services have an average delivery date of 3 days.

Our products are shipped from the U.K, from our retail HQ in London. In some instances, we may have a method of "drop-shipping" implemented where the order is processed by us but fulfilled by our third party associates.
We have a 30 day return/exchange policy on all items.
All tangible products that are for consumption or application may be returned as long as they remain unopened and in their original packaging. Garments may be returned with due reason (size, standard satisfaction etc) as long as there is no visible damage to the item. A full refund will be allocated to the customer upon reception of the returned items.
An exchange can be conducted across all products.
i. Graphic Design and Web Management: Once an order has been delivered and accepted by the customer no refund is due to the customer. If a customer decides to retract an order after 24 hours of processing a request, the customer can receive up to 40% of their cost back.
ii. Cupping Therapy Courses: All our course costs are inclusive of a £100 deposit. A customer may request a refund at any point, however the deposit fee will not be refunded.
iii. Photography: Photography bookings can be cancelled with up to 7 working days notice for a full refund, otherwise the customer can receive up to 40% of their cost back.
iv. Catering: Our catering services can be cancelled with up to 7 working days notice for a full refund, otherwise the customer can receive up to 40% of their cost back.
