Our online Cupping Therapy course consists of the same syllabus taught in our standardized UK courses. It is taught live across a period of 3 days with one of our highly qualified tutors. The course is a live web seminar held via Zoom and can be set at a time suitable for students.
Day 1 Theory I: 4 Hours
Day 2 Theory II: 4 Hours
Day 3 Practical: 2-3 Hours
The course is supplemented with study material including a hard-copy Cupping Therapy handbook, Starter Hijama Kit, and access to guided video tutorials.
Students will go through the ancient history of cupping as well as its relation to Islamic History. This is followed by the study of herbal medicine, human anatomy, cupping points, and most importantly health and safety procedures concerning Hijama. Finally, the course includes practice with textiles and a practical assessment observed via a Case Study.
Accredited by the Complementary Medical Association (CMA) and Internation Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM). Both boards are recognized across the world.
